Welcome to the Odd Fellow Home, an 82 bed State & Federally licensed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, located at 1229 South Jackson Street in the Astor Park community of Green Bay, WI. Owned by the Odd Fellow and Rebekah fraternal orders of Wisconsin we are a not-for-profit nursing and rehab facility providing high staff to resident ratios, technology, equipment and services to help make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The Odd Fellow Home accepts Medicare, Title 19, Hospice, Insurance, Private Pay, and other Third Party payments.
What you can expect
Each resident's needs are initially
evaluated and regularly reviewed by our Care Team, consisting of a physician, nurse, therapists, social worker, dietician, Activity Director and the resident.
In addition, our staff members meet with family and the resident to coordinate and communicate a quality care plan. Questions from the family are welcome
at any time. All concerns are addressed in a timely and open manner.
Addressing your Total Health Needs Through:
- Rehab Services including: Physical, Occupational,
Speech and Respiratory Therapy Programs. Including Ultrasound, Electotherapy and Short-wave Diatheramy.
- 24 hour professional nursing care, including IV therapy,
pain and wound management, nutritional support, and oxygen therapy.
- Restorative nursing program.
- Social Services; to assist with setting up needed services and discharge planning.
- Hospice services in conjunction with Unity, VNA, or Heartland Hospice.
- Therapeutic Activities.
- Staff trained/certified in wound care, pain management, dementia care and medication management

Private and semi private carpeted rooms with flat screen TVs and cable TV included.
- Long term Care unit, with private and semi private carpeted
rooms for those individuals not able to transit home immediately after their rehab care

- Aviary.
- The Gathering Place; the place to be for a cup of coffee, fellowship, games and fun.
- Patio
for barbeques and entertainment.
- Big
screen TV for Packer games and other programs.
- A wealth of activities, including crafts, music, exercise programs and religious activities.
- Outings
to keep residents active and feeling that they are still a part
of the community.
- Outside gardens and courtyards.
- Convenient access and priority placement for Rebekah Haven and Friendship Place.
